Food Service Directors from across Morning Pointe Senior Living gathered this week at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga for their annual conference centered around fresh ideas, collaboration, and strengthening the resident dining experience. 👩🍳🍽️📋 Topics included first impressions, farm-to-table initiatives, ordering optimization, and sharing best practices between communities.
The conference also included the first-ever Morning Pointe Top Chef Finals, where regional winners competed for the championship title. Congratulations again to Brittney Brown from Morning Pointe at Happy Valley for winning the overall competition with her Pan-Seared Salmon Florentine! 🏆
