At Freedom, we make sure you actually understand what’s going on in your body and why the work we’re doing together matters!

New Patient Orientation ➡️ Before we dive into care, we sit down with you as a group led by our doctors to make sure you feel fully informed and empowered. We go over your exam findings, scans, and our recommendations so nothing feels like a mystery. Questions are not just welcome here. They’re encouraged.

Chiropractic Adjustment ➡️ This is where the real work begins. Our doctors will walk you through your adjustment with one goal in mind making sure your nervous system is clear, connected, and functioning the way it was designed to. Our adjustments are gentle enough for newborns and specific enough to make a real difference!

Our Technique (Torque Release Technique (TRT)) ➡️ We use the Integrator, the tool at the heart of one of the most scientifically researched chiropractic techniques available today. It’s incredibly precise, incredibly gentle, and safe for everyone from newborns to grandparents.

The Webster Technique ➡️ For our pregnant mamas, we use the Webster Technique a specialized analysis and adjustment focused on pelvic alignment and the surrounding soft tissues. When everything is balanced, your body creates the ideal environment for baby to grow, move, and prepare for birth!

We know walking into a new office can feel a little intimidating especially when you’re bringing your baby, your toddler, or your very pregnant self through the door.

Here’s exactly what your first visit at Freedom looks like:
01. Schedule Your Appointment. Call or book online and we’ll get you set up with paperwork and answer any questions before you even walk in the door.

02. The Initial Visit. One of our team members will welcome you, give you a tour, and sit down with you to review your health history and goals. We want to understand your whole story!

03. Neurological Scans Using INSiGHT technology, we’ll objectively scan your nervous system to detect stress patterns that could be limiting how your body functions. It’s completely safe and gentle even for newborns and pregnant mamas

04. X-Rays (if needed) When appropriate, we’ll take x-rays to get a clearer picture of your structure so we can provide the most specific, effective care possible.

Your first visit is the first step toward a nervous system that actually feels safe and that changes everything 💛

If your baby was diagnosed with torticollis — first, take a breath. You are not alone, and there is so much that can be done 💛⬇️

Torticollis happens when the muscles on one side of the neck become tight and restricted often from positioning in the womb, a long labor or a difficult delivery.

It causes your baby to tilt their head to one side and struggle to rotate freely in the other direction.

But here’s what often gets missed 👀 The muscle tightness is a symptom. The root of the problem is often in the upper cervical spine and nervous system.

And when we address THAT, everything changes 🧠
