This Valentines Day I will be offering 4 private partner Thai sessions. Bring a loved one and enjoy this two hour session where I teach each of you how to relieve one another’s aches and pains. These sessions will be similar to my partner Thai group workshops EXCEPT you will receive one on one instruction from me and it will be completely customized to your needs. This is a great way to connect with your partner and learn some new ways to show your love to them well. Specific times available below ⬇️

Journey to the Pose is a unique experience designed and facilitated by our team of Glowing Body yoga teachers and Thai massage therapists. Each thoughtfully sequenced 2 hour session will explore movement on different planes from lying face up/face down, side lying and seated positions with intentional hands-on assistance to deconstruct each asana. The journey to the pose is for all levels of practice. Take the journey with us to deepen your knowledge and practice receiving hands on assisted Thai stretching and compression.

Welcome to the Journey!

For our third Journey to the Pose we will be deconstructing the Camel Pose. We will do Thai stretch techniques to help open the front body and heart center ❤️ If you have low back pain, tight hips, hunched shoulders or sore shoulder blades then this will be a transformative two hours.

Just a few more spots available for our Valentine’s Day partner Thai event tomorrow night! Book asap and come enjoy a charcuterie board, wine, sparkling tea, and some great body work. You do not need experience to take this class and you do not have to bring a partner. Come learn some easy to do ways to sit, walk, and stand to offer relief from everyday aches and pains and receive some great work as well. We will be here Friday February 14 from 6:30-8:30pm. Book on MINDBODY with a card payment or DM me to book if you’d like to pay cash. This will be 90 minutes of rest for you and funding for those impacted by the hurricane damage in East Tennessee.
