One of Kiya's biggest strengths is that she likes people and loves making connections. Kiya is a resilient young lady who is making great strides. She will do well in a home with caregivers that can give her the attention she needs and encourage her with lots of praise and positive affirmations. Meet Josh! 👋💙

Josh is a friendly, fun-loving young man with a wide streak of silliness! He needs a forever family who is ready to be active, silly, and have adventures together. He would love to have siblings and a mom and dad who will play video games and build Legos with him. He loves playing outside, playing with neighborhood kids, jumping on trampolines, playing video games, and snuggling up in his blanket to watch movies. He likes Christian music and Rock and Roll. He loves chocolate and most sweets. He would like to have pets, but “no gorillas, snakes, spiders, or mean dogs, please."" He prefers small dogs who only have “tiny barks.” If he could go anywhere in the world, he would go to the North Pole to meet Santa and Rudoph. He has a few messages for his future family: “I’m nice. I’m silly. I want to be friends with everybody. I love you, and I can’t wait to meet you.”

PLEASE NOTE: The team is only accepting inquiries from families in Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. Josh has important relationships to maintain in Tennessee. His adoptive family will need to be supportive of visits to Tennessee.

This weekend is about connection, not perfection. It’s a place where you can exhale, show up as you are, and know you’re surrounded by women who get it. Adoption comes with beautiful moments and hard ones, and here you don’t have to explain yourself. You belong.

And let’s not forget about the food! Enjoy meals made for you, with no planning, cooking, or cleaning. Let yourself be taken care of for a change and focus on nourishing your body and your heart.

We’re talking 20+ obstacles, rolling trails on a marked course, and even a dip in the lake for the biggest and dirtiest Mudder's Day yet. Plus, we’ll have our Fun Run for younger runners, packed with muddy fun and a shorter course so everyone can join in.
