Expecting in 2026?🤰Prepare for your birth-day and beyond with the Prep4Partner™ childbirth class in Bearden, where you'll both learn what to expect during late pregnancy, labor, birth and early postpartum AND how your partner can help through it all!

Next group class is Saturday, March 21 from Noon-5pm at Forged Functional Therapy. Space is limited to 8 couples per group class. Monthly group classes and private sessions available!

I am a huge believer in physiologic birth and helping moms move their bodies intentionally through labor (and prenatally) as a tool for both labor progress and coping.
