what I eat in another week training for my 2nd marathon… and WHY

because fueling isn’t random
and it’s definitely not about eating “perfect”

it’s about being intentional:

every plate you saw had a purpose:
→ carbs to fuel the miles + refill glycogen
→ protein to repair muscle + keep you strong
→ fats + micronutrients to support hormones + recovery
→ electrolytes + hydration to keep everything functioning

this is how you:
run longer
recover faster
and actually feel GOOD doing it

most runners don’t struggle with discipline…
they struggle with under-fueling

skipping carbs
under-eating protein
ignoring hydration
then wondering why their runs feel harder than they should

your body isn’t working against you
it just needs enough support to perform

fuel your runs like they matter because they do

There’s something about the small things…
the ones that make your routine feel easier, cleaner, more intentional

Lately it’s been less about doing more…
and more about creating a routine I actually want to come back to

early runs
slow resets
real food
staying hydrated without thinking about it
