Phillip Justice, D.O. – TN Board Certified in

Dr. Phillip Justice was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised in Roanoke, VA. Dr. Justice completed an internship in internal medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA in 2008 and his residency in neurology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, OH in 2011. He completed a neurophysiology fellows
hip with a focus in neuromuscular disorders and electromyography (EMG) at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN in 2012. Dr. Justice worked for Tri-State Mountain Neurology in Johnson City, TN from 2012 to 2014, treating patients with chronic pain and various neurologic disorders. He worked for a pain management company from 2014 to 2016, where he treated chronic pain patients through the use of interventional and non-interventional methods. Dr. Justice firmly believes that a patient’s pain is most safely and effectively managed through the utilization of a multidisciplinary approach, and strives to incorporate this into his practice. Dr. Justice is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Tennessee Pain Society. Dr. Justice currently resides in Johnson City, TN, with his wife and two stepchildren.
