💜 Today we had the honor of attending the Caring Hearts Luncheon hosted by Alzheimer's Tennessee, Inc. alongside our Memory Care Director Monica and our Caring Hearts nominee, Amanda.

Amanda was selected by our leadership team in recognition of the compassion, positivity, dedication, and heart she pours into our Shine Memory Care neighborhood each and every day. She leads with kindness, creates meaningful moments, and consistently goes above and beyond for both residents and teammates.

Her impact reaches far beyond daily tasks—she brings comfort, connection, encouragement, and joy to those around her. It’s no surprise that she is deeply loved and respected by residents, families, and fellow team members alike.

We were so honored to welcome the O'Connor Senior Center Singing Seniors for a special performance at The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living! For some of our residents, this group holds an even deeper meaning, some were once members themselves, while others now have loved ones carrying on the tradition today.

As familiar songs filled the room, so did smiles, laughter, and meaningful memories.

Through our SHINE® Memory Care program, we focus on experiences that support neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to create and strengthen connections through purposeful engagement and stimulation.
