You CANNOT go wrong if you are following these nutrition tips from Eddie! So many times we find ourselves overcomplicating nutrition + fitness; searching for the newest quick fix or the “best” way to lose fat. If there’s one thing that we want to convey with our years of knowledge and experience in the industry, it’s that the basics that you can sustain consistently ARE the most effective.

These basics will take you far, but if you are interested in learning more about your calorie/macro needs for your goals, Eddie can help with that too. We use our Bod Pod to learn more about your body composition to help set the best goals for you (fat loss, muscle gain, etc) and to track your progress. Eddie then will sit down to help create a plan that works with your lifestyle and preferences and help identify your daily calorie + macro targets.
