Celebrating SEVEN years since Bridget and Eddie opened our downtown location. 🥳 So many changes and memories between then and now!

It was our vision to bring a variety of healthy supplements, snacks, and meals to an area of Knoxville that was growing seven years ago and hasn’t stopped: downtown.

What we didn’t know was how tight knit the growing downtown community is and how we would become a part of so many downtown workers’ daily routines. There are challenges that come along with owning a business downtown, like construction and crowded event parking, but what we have built here is more than worth it and we are beyond thankful for those of you who have supported OUR growth! 💕
