Most days, I feel like going into my shell or relocating myself, my business and my knowledge to communities that are learning to be mindful of self, breath work and surroundings. However, the reality is most are still unaware, there are Still spaces not everyone feels welcomed and mindfulness is limited or exclusive.
My reason of showing up is from my late husband (not being a Knoxville or Tennessee native) complaints of not having an inclusive neighborhood from the city government perspective, spaces for people of color to feel safe, people who are different to feel safe, etc. Byron was the main reason I love sharing my talents and even put myself out here exposing all of my quirks that make me free to be me. My hope is those in need of this freedom, space and lifestyle work are ready and willing to commit themselves to the work and meet me in the studio 💪🏾🫶🏾🧘🏾♀️
