Grand rising! The holidays are approaching and can be difficult for many including my family. It’s taken me years to not run away from celebrating birthdays and holidays without my loves who have transitioned. When I say run, I would travel, isolate or just not at all. And even traveling the world could only give me temporary happiness before the sadness began with the end of the trip and back into reality.

So this widow journey/brain is being restored every time I unlock a hidden part of myself that I buried with the pain. DAI Wellness is still in the business and only focuses on learning or creating your healing journey through mindfulness and movement that creates stillness of the heart, body and mind to aid in release. As my widow group continues to remind me… you’re not alone.
