About Me....

Hey there, glad you stopped by! I am simple, down to earth, real...very real, and genuine about my care for you. I do not know your story, but I want too. I do not know your goals, but I want to help. I am not that therapist that you go see and wonder what was accomplished that day. Each session is results driven; YOU define your goals and YOU make progress, I am there to help guide, gently push, motivate, and help you see your full potential.

My aspiration to become a therapist was driven by own story. I know... and have lived...pain, grief, loss, hopelessness, anxiety, multiple and complex trauma, poverty, etc... Having been there myself, I get it....I really really get it. I will never understand what it feels like to be you; but I sure want to try to understand. The trick is using your past as fuel for better instead of an excuse. Some stories make this harder and allowing yourself to feel is good! When is it time to move forward? What do you want? What do you want from life?

I want you to feel comfortable in your own skin. I want you to feel confident when you walk in a room. To feel at ease when alone. To love yourself. You are worthy of sitting at the table of life; do not sit on the floor begging for crumbs.

If you want stuffy, I am not your therapist. If you want realness and genuineness, I am your therapist. So come, be welcomed and supported. Call, text, or email; whatever is easiest for you. No obligations and no pressure, just reach out to me and we will go from there. Why wonder what could have been? Reach out and try something new. What have you got to lose? Or gain?
