Do you need someone to make your party incredible and everyone leaves your home smiling and happy? I WHO IS CHEF MARGO?
My passion turned to a life mission: “How to save the world from diseases, caused by obesity, as diabetes, cardio-vascular and cancer”
On February 21st, 1994, I came to the United States from Sliven, Bulgaria where I owned and managed a small bistro. Cooking has always been my passion so I enrolled into The Chicago Hospitality and Cooking Institute to pursue my vision of expanding my knowledge in
healthy cooking and eating. I soon realized that I need to enhance my ability to address the emotional stress and anxiety that many people experience when faced with making life changing decisions in their eating habits. In order to deal with those emotions, I decided to pursue a degree in Psychology from DePaul University, graduated 2006. My focus today is to help others to prevent life threatening diseases and for those who are already struggling with diseases, start using the proper diet that may help them to improve the quality of their life, and possibly eliminate the disease within their body. I was employed as a Dietitian at The Sacred Heart Hospital in Chicago for 8 years. I have worked with obese adults and children in my home office and I developed a behavioral management program for healthy eating by using expressive arts. Changing the way you eat requires commitment. I have been training for the past 20 years so that I can encourage, motivate, educate and inspire those who want a better quality of life. The food you eat can be your healer, but if you make poor choices, it can be your killer! I do Nutrition coaching sessions for children and adults, weight loss or for healthy eating and diseases prevention. I use nutrition and art therapy to reach my client’s goals. My specialties, as a chef: Mediterranean, French, Italian, Greek and Bulgarian cuisine; also, all American favorites.

I was employed as a Dietitian at The Sacred Heart Hospital in Chicago for 8 years and I concentrated on what diet would benefit different ailments. I have worked with obese adults and children in my home and I developed a behavioral management program for healthy eating using expressive arts. This program is a fun way to encourage children to practice good eating habits.
