The number one question I get asked is, “How do I become an injector?”

The honest answer is that it is not always a straightforward path. There is no standardized training in aesthetics, which means you have to be proactive and self-motivated from the very beginning.

If this is something you truly want, invest in your education early. Take reputable courses. Seek out hands-on trainings. Learn from providers whose work you genuinely respect. Start building your foundation before you ever walk into an interview.

Employers notice initiative. They notice discipline. They notice when someone has taken ownership of their growth instead of waiting for an opportunity to be handed to them.

This field is incredibly rewarding, but it rewards the ones who are willing to put in the work. If you are serious about it, start building now.

STOP GETTING BOTOX 😘

Here’s what I mean.

Botox has become the catch all name for wrinkle relaxers, but it is just one brand. I inject Daxxify because of how it performs.

Aesthetics is not a field with standardized training requirements, which means education and ethics vary widely. That is why it is so important to ask about your provider’s background, advanced trainings, and commitment to continuing education.

I am a national educator and have trained internationally with Revance. Ongoing education is not optional for me. It is a responsibility.

This industry is cash pay, and trust matters. You deserve someone who prioritizes your safety, anatomy, and long term outcomes over trends or transactions.

Ask questions. Do your research. Advocate for yourself. Your face is worth it.

Natural will always look better than manufactured.
When I’m creating lift, I’m focused on subtle refinement, not tight or frozen. One of my favorite ways to achieve that is with Daxxify placed strategically along the jawline and into the platysma. By softening the downward pull of those muscles, you can create more definition without adding volume.
Neck bands can also be treated for additional tightening. I personally skip that area on myself because I like full mobility for Pilates, but for many patients, combining both areas can create a beautifully refined result.

The intention is simple. You still look like you. Just a little more defined.
