Yesterday morning for a very brief moment. While I was carrying loads of laundry into the office. I stopped looked up and saw the cutest, brightest, tiniest, rainbow shining down on me.

I feel so fortunate and happy to be living this life of mine.

Halloween open house celebration!!! We all had so much fun!! There was face painting, massages were given, bellies were filled, and we had a glow stick dance party!

The studio looks totally different now. And we are going to be a mess for this week. I am so so so happy to finally finish the space. This month marks 1 year in my new studio!

This is a huge relief to me! I wanted to share in case anyone else is scared of massage because they are allergic to tree nuts! Over the past 3 years I’ve been avoiding tree-nuts. I thought my massage cream was safe, but it has tree-nuts!

So I have been trying out different creams. I finally settled on a good vegan and nut oil free one!

I do use coconut oil, and that’s actually a seed! 🥥✨
