I hope you all are enjoying this lovely weather today. Such a nice day and I am taking a 12 hour course for continuing education. I am going some Vit D during the short breaks and taking a brisk walk. Stay safe and Go Vols!

We will happily take donations for the yard sale for ChainFree Knoxville on Wednesday from 9-12 and 1-5.

We hope to see lots of familiar faces at the yard sale this Friday and Saturday from 8am-1pm! will be with us selling their goods on Saturday! We will also be selling ChainFree t-shirts, hoodies, and stickers. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far- we couldn’t do this without all of you! A big thank you to Fourth Presbyterian for hosting us!!
