The sacroiliac (SI) joint is often overlooked, but it plays a major role in spinal health.

Why is the SI joint so important?
It provides incredible stability to the spine and helps transfer the weight (load) of the upper body to the legs, allowing for balanced movement and support.

When the SI joint isn’t functioning properly, pain and mobility issues can follow, proof that this small joint has a big job!
