I wanted to thank all of my amazing clients — who are truly friends and like family — for being so understanding!!!!
We weren’t quite sure how to post right away, so I wanted to share an update and summary of my medical emergency.

Early Saturday morning this past weekend, I was admitted to the hospital after waking up Friday night in severe pain 😩. It started in my back and moved to my upper right side under my ribs — I couldn’t even sit up. I was admitted to Parkwest, and a CT scan showed I had a tear in my upper intestines, nestled behind my pancreas and liver — a very difficult area to reach.

This past week has been filled with strong, very controlled antibiotics monitored by infectious disease. I’ve had stomach pumps, a feeding tube — you name it, I had it. I was not a happy camper.

The good news: the wound has healed, and they were able to remove the pump from my stomach 🤣. There is still a pocket of infection on the outside of the wound they are working hard to clear. Surgery would be very difficult due to the location, so we’re doing everything possible to avoid that.

Everything is moving in a positive direction with the most amazing doctors and staff 🩷. I am so thankful for all the prayers and love.
Latest update: I’ll be here until at least Monday, when they’ll do another scan and decide next steps.
