We would like to inform you that our office will be closing. We are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us over the years, and especially for the meaningful relationships so many of you built with Dr. Guyot.
Angie will be available through June 18, 2025, to assist with any questions you may have and to help coordinate the pickup of your x-rays or medical records.
Following the closure, Dr. Taylor Clabo will assume responsibility as custodian of records. If you need access to your records in the future, her office is located at 615 Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37862, and can be reached at (865) 437-9556.
