🌟 Please help us welcome our new Maintenance Director, Rex Alexander!

Rex brings over 27 years of experience in Quality Management and Construction. He has led teams in quality, sales, and customer service, and with his strong mechanical background, he has also been a valuable part of safety and risk assessment teams.

Most recently, he has been renovating homes and properties independently, showcasing his skills and passion for hands-on work. A lifelong resident of the beautiful Blount, Loudon, and Monroe counties, Rex is excited to bring his expertise and dedication to our community.
