Wow! Unexpected full-body aches (a.k.a. healing reaction/healing integration) after having a “Healing Touch” session yesterday. A new acquaintance and I swapped sessions and had such an interesting time together discussing life, and our modalities.

If you don’t know, Healing Touch is a more “technical/structured” method of hands-on/hands-off energy healing. I didn’t know what to expect, but I just relaxed into it and felt wonderful afterwards. This morning 🌅, however…..oh my goodness! I am going to be drinking a LOT of water 💦 to keep energies flowing and releasing.

I know she was having all manner of physical sensations yesterday, while mine were delayed. It will be interesting to touch base today and discuss.

Wow! Used this over a client’s torso and both of us felt her body’s huge, powerful release. Originally I had thought I would be using the triangle for calming tones, but then my intuition told me that the pyramid shape is very powerful and to try using it for clearing. My client’s eyes were closed so she didn’t know what sound healing tool I was using (I hadn’t shown her the triangle). But when her eyes opened after the session she was just amazed at what she felt when it was being used. We both heard the same words, and it was a teal time of connection and remembering our oneness with all that is!
I am so darn grateful for all the metaphysical tools (both as objects and energetic) that are making themselves known to myself and the rest of the world. When used with the intentions of love and for the highest good, the results can be quite deep and profound 🩷
