Hey yall it’s USHER with MS Daily Struggles with USHER. This morning I wanted to talk about a newer study researchers are looking into involving the “glymphatic system” in people living with MS.

Scientists are now studying how the brain’s natural waste-clearing system may not work properly in people with MS. A newer 2026 study showed signs that inflammation and lesions could affect how the brain clears out waste and toxins during sleep. Researchers believe this may connect to brain fog, fatigue, headaches, and even disease progression over time. (frontiersin.org)

Why is this important? Because it’s making researchers take sleep, hydration, inflammation, and brain recovery even more seriously in MS patients. They are starting to realize MS may affect WAY more than just nerves and mobility.

A lot of us with MS already know the feeling of exhaustion, brain fog, memory problems, and feeling drained even after resting. Studies like this help prove those symptoms are REAL and not “just in our heads.”

Keep fighting. Keep educating people. And never let anybody downplay what you deal with daily living with MS.

Appreciate y’all love y’all!

Good Morning Yall! I wanna tell yall I’m proud of OUR MS Daily Struggles With Usher friends and family! I really care about all of US and OUR struggles with MS and just Life it’s self..

So Let’s talk about how we aggravate our bodies without even realizing it sometimes. Stress, anger, anxiety, overthinking, lack of sleep, depression, and constantly pushing ourselves too hard can absolutely make multiple sclerosis symptoms worse. A lot of us with MS already fight inflammation, fatigue, blurry vision, numbness, pain, brain fog, and weakness every single day… and when stress hits hard, our bodies feel it even more.

Sometimes we try to act tough and keep going like nothing is wrong, but our nervous system pays the price. Stress can trigger flare-ups, make symptoms feel more intense, and leave us completely drained mentally and physically. Even emotional stress can hit just as hard as physical stress.

That’s why it’s important to slow down sometimes. Get rest. Protect your peace. Stay away from unnecessary drama and negativity when possible. Take care of your mind just as much as your body. We already fight enough battles with MS — we don’t need to keep aggravating ourselves more than we have to.

Remember this… healing and strength are not just physical. Mental health matters too. Give yourself grace on the hard days.

Appreciate y’all!
Love y’all!

Good morning, It’s USHER with MS Daily Struggles with USHER! Happy Tuesday everybody! Hope y’all are hanging in there and keeping your heads up. We may fight different battles with MS every day, but we fight them together.

Today I wanted to share a newer MS study that’s giving people hope about myelin repair and healing. Researchers found that during active MS lesions, the brain may increase oxygen use in damaged areas while trying to repair myelin. Scientists believe this could help lead to better treatments focused on repairing damaged nerves and improving function in people living with MS. 👁️🧠

Another exciting update is a newer oral medication called fenebrutinib that showed strong results in helping reduce relapses and slowing disability progression in MS clinical trials. Research keeps moving forward every single year, and that gives all of us hope for the future. 🙏

No matter what today brings…
Keep fighting.
Keep pushing.
Keep believing.

Your story matters more than you know, and your strength inspires others every single day.

I appreciate y’all.
Love y’all always.

Hey guys, it’s USHER! Hope everybody is having a great weekend and I hope everybody has a great holiday today — 🇺🇸 Memorial Day. Today we honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives serving our country. ❤️🤍💙

MY MS daily struggles with USHER TEAM! I’m so proud of yall! Keep pushing forward and fighting! We as a team are here for each other as I am here for yall!

This Monday morning, remember this: even when MS, optic neuritis, fatigue, numbness, dizziness, or vision problems try to slow us down… we are STILL here fighting together. Some days are harder than others, but you are stronger than you realize.

So yall a New MS Study Update:
Researchers are continuing to study how Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) may play a major role in triggering multiple sclerosis. New research is also focusing on repairing myelin damage and protecting the optic nerve to help with vision loss and optic neuritis symptoms. Scientists are getting closer to treatments that may actually stop damage before it progresses further — and that gives a lot of people hope for the future.

No matter what battle you’re facing today:
Keep pushing.
Keep believing.
Keep fighting.

I appreciate y’all.
I love y’all.

Good morning, MS friends! And MS daily struggles with USHER TEAM!
I Hope everyone is having a great Memorial Day weekend! Today we remember and honor all the brave men and women who sacrificed for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

So while we enjoy this weekend with family and friends, let’s also remember to check on each other. MS doesn’t take holidays off. Some of us are still fighting fatigue, pain, blurry vision, numbness, stress, and battles nobody else can see. But every single day we continue to push through together.

MS Research Update:
Scientists are continuing to study new treatments focused on slowing progression and repairing nerve damage caused by MS. One growing area of research involves protecting the brain and optic nerves earlier in the disease process to help preserve mobility, memory, and vision long term. Researchers are also looking deeper into inflammation and how restoring myelin may improve communication between nerves.

No matter what you’re facing this weekend:
Take time to rest.
Take care of your mind and body.
And remember you are NOT alone in this fight.

This community keeps growing because of the love and support y’all show each other every day. That means more than you know.

Appreciate y’all!
Love y’all always!

Hey y’all! It’s USHER I am so proud of our group! We are strong!
stronger together as a group!
Just wanna say GOOD MORNING and HAPPY SATURDAY to all my MS Team cause we fight this together

So Some mornings are harder than others.
Some of us wake up exhausted before the day even starts.
Some are fighting pain, numbness, weakness, blurry vision, anxiety, or battles nobody else can see.

But you know what…
You’re still here.
You’re still fighting.
And that matters.

MS may slow us down sometimes, but it does NOT define who we are. We keep pushing. We keep loving. We keep supporting each other through every good day and every rough one.

If nobody’s told you lately:
I’m proud of you for making it this far! Keep it up!

Let’s continue building this family and being there for one another through our daily struggles with MS and life in general. Y’all are not alone in this fight.

Hey Yall! USHER here! It’s FRIDAY!
So Good morning MY MS woman and men friends and family!

This picture here explains something many people with MS know all too well — optic neuritis. 👁️

The one On the left in the picture is a healthy optic nerve. On the right is what can happen when inflammation damages the myelin sheath around the nerve. When that protective coating gets damaged, signals from the eyes to the brain slow down or become disrupted.

That’s why some of us experience:
⚡ Blurry vision
⚡ Eye pain
⚡ Trouble seeing colors
⚡ Dim vision
⚡ Vision loss
⚡ Eye fatigue

A lot of people don’t realize vision problems can be one of the first major signs of MS. It’s frustrating, scary, and exhausting at times… but you are NOT fighting this battle alone.

Research is continuing every day on repairing myelin and protecting the nerves damaged by MS. Never lose hope. The strongest thing we can do is keep pushing forward together and support one another through the hard days.

If you’ve ever dealt with optic neuritis or vision struggles from MS, drop a 💙 so others know they aren’t alone.

I appreciate y’all!
Love y’all!
always!

Hey y’all, it’s Usher with MS daily struggles with USHER!

Today’s new MS research is focusing even more on the connection between the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and multiple sclerosis. This study may help explain how the virus actually triggers MS inside the body. Researchers found evidence that EBV may reprogram certain immune cells, causing them to attack the brain and spinal cord instead of protecting the body. This is one of the strongest pieces of evidence yet showing EBV’s direct role in triggering MS.

Another exciting part of 2026 research is that scientists are studying how the brain uses oxygen during remyelination. Early MRI studies showed that when myelin is repaired, brain oxygen activity increases, which could become a way to track recovery.

Research keeps moving forward, and every step gets us closer to better treatments, stronger remyelination research, and hopefully one day a cure.

I appreciate y’all.
Love y’all.

Good morning y’all, it’s Usher with MS Daily Struggles With USHER on

Another morning, another chance to keep fighting and keep pushing forward together. No matter how hard MS tries to slow us down, we are still here, still standing, and still supporting one another every single day.

Researchers are continuing to learn more about the connection between Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) and Multiple Sclerosis. A newer 2026 study found more evidence that EBV may actually reprogram certain immune cells and help trigger the immune attacks seen in MS. Scientists believe this could open the door for future treatments that target the virus itself instead of only treating symptoms after damage happens.

Another recent review also focused on optic neuritis and remyelination research, showing scientists are still pushing hard to find ways to protect vision and repair damaged myelin in people living with MS. Every study gets us one step closer.

Keep your heads up y’all. Even on the hard days, progress is being made and hope is still alive.

Appreciate y’all
Love y’all
