Every new adult patient receives a comprehensive baseline lab evaluation included with membership — 50+ individual health markers, such as:

We have access to the full test menus from both Labcorp and Quest— the two largest national laboratories. This includes Advanced Cardiovascular Markers, Nutritional levels, Male and Female hormones, Autoimmune testing, and much more.

This month we celebrate 10 years since launching our direct primary care practice! What a journey! Dr. McColl and the Pillar PC team are so grateful for the trust our patients place in us every day.

Just a reminder that for Monday through Wednesday (29th, 30th, and 31st) the office will only be open in the morning before lunch. We’ll endeavor to see everyone who needs a sick visit appointment before heading home, so call early. We’ll be closed Thursday and Friday. Feel free to text, call, or email Dr. McColl or Dr. Howell if we can help. We’ll be available as usual.

Starting January 5th we’ll be back to a normal office schedule.

Around the New Year, many of us are creating new goals and plans, especially when it comes to exercise. Regular cardiovascular exercise has many benefits, including improving cholesterol levels (elevating HDL and lowering LDL), enhancing insulin sensitivity, and protection against heart disease. The Pillar PC annual white elephant Christmas Party was a blast! Thank you to all our patients who let us take the afternoon off to celebrate our friendship and the Season. Dr Howell takes the cake as he got an actual white elephant this year. Apparently Marga had been saving it for the last six months for just this occasion.
