Annual labs = early detection, clear direction, pattern recognition and preventative wellness ✨

Test, don’t guess is the best policy.

Blood panel & HTMA is where all clients at Everbalance Wellness start. From there we can add on gut, hormone, toxin or nutrient testing.

Blood panels include around 75 markers to start with additional ones added, if necessary. You’ll also never get told “everything looks normal.” We aim for optimal wellness, always.

Iron deficiency is a symptom, not root cause. It’s common to be recommended an iron supplement to correct anemia, but not supplementing is not the reason you’re low.

Supplements can be useful to help support the body while the reason for imbalance or deficiency is addressed, but it’s not a cure all. Vitamins and minerals also work synergistically, so supplementing based off one lab marker without considering other nutrients doesn’t usually fix the problem.

Mini HTMA preview✨

This 3yo struggles with anxiety, OCD behavior, long lasting outbursts and panic attacks. His hair tissue mineral analysis results combined with his bioresonance showed us exactly where he needs support 🫶🏻 And boy does he need it.

• ginger - warmth, digestion support, anti-inflammatory, helps with nausea, helps with brain function
• chamomile - calming, helps with eczema, stops bad bacteria in the gut & is anti-estrogenic

Morning habits set the tone for the day.

This premade high protein casserole paired with some fiber (stewed apples or pears, kiwi, etc.) makes breakfast so easy, fuels our day and allows for slower mornings.

Taking the time to organize supplements once a week saves time and ensures we’re both staying on track.

Common ≠ normal.

So many symptoms have become normalized. Just because you’ve been dealing with something chronically doesn’t mean it’s normal. Just because PMS, bloating, terrible periods are common doesn’t mean it’s normal. Foundations help establish resilience. It starts with the basics.

When things feel heavy, I don’t rely on motivation. I rely on foundations.

The past few months reminded me again just how powerful the simplest habits can be. Not because they’re fancy or it’s the latest trend, because they work, especially in seasons of grief, stress and overwhelm.

Some foundations I’m leaning on lately are
• protein focused breakfast
• morning movement, even a few minutes
• walks
• lets up on the wall
• sleep
• targeted supplements

These little rhythms have helped keep me somewhat grounded and supported when I need it most.

If you’re moving through something hard or just want to feel more grounded, I hope this reminds you: you don’t have to do everything, start what feels doable and build from there.
