Classes start this Tuesday! Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class as we will get started right at 5:30. (Please no late arrivals.) Class will last approximately 1 hour.

If you are new here, my classes are perfect for the beginner and all levels. No comparison to your neighbor and modifications are offered.

Mats and blocks are available for use if you don’t have your own. Sign ups are not required but I would love to know if you plan to make it to class.

After a long day of work nothing beats doing some flexibility work with a client! Than add a little more time just for me in the infrared sauna/red light therapy! Best way to end your day because youll sleep so good!

Red light therapy and infrared Sauna!!
My own little bit of wellness therapy...
Movement is life!!
Never stopped moving and stretching!
This sauna large enough to help you move and stretch your body which is what life is all about!
Some time you want to lay still and let the day unwind you...until it warms your muscles up and you notice you can move and stretch better in the warmth!!
You come out of sauna moving better and feeling better!!
