Day in and Day out Shawna strives to meet the needs of the residents of Wellbrooke. She ensures that they have a safe discharge plan upon returning home. Maintaining connections is important. 🥰
Whether it’s family or friends, we provide our residents with every opportunity to keep in touch with others – even if it’s a friend that they haven’t made yet.
Through the Senior Executive Club, we invite local seniors to come visit our campus and be a part of the Trilogy family. Offered monthly, this club encourages community members to come share a chef-prepared meal, and hear from our guest speaker. 🍽️

Senior Executive Club is held on the 3rd Thursday of every month. If you, or someone you know, is 55 or older please reach to our Admission’s Team at 765-455-4443! 📞☺️

Congratulations to Audi Flager! Audi has been serving the residents at Wellbrooke of Kokomo since 2023! Many know her by her infectious laugh! She was nominated for our "OGO" Oh Great One award for the month of July! Audi's favorite part about working at Wellbrooke is meeting new people and helping create memories and smiles for the residents!
