Fun Friday was kind of a big dill around here! 🥒😄 We celebrated National Pickle Day because our staff are the real brine and shine of Waterford Place—zesty, and definitely essential. Everyone got pickles and a Pickle Affirmation Card to remind them they’re a pretty big dill too!

we gathered today to celebrate Carly’s incredible accomplishments. As many of you know, Carly has been a cherished part of the Waterford family for over 10 years, serving as our Social Services Director. From the moment she stepped onto this campus, she embraced every aspect of her role with passion and dedication—touching countless lives along the way.
Her heart and soul have been poured into this community, and her journey of growth is a shining example of what it means to bloom within Trilogy. In the words of Dolly Parton, “Wildflowers don’t care where they grow.” Carly has flourished right here, and today, we celebrate a new chapter in her journey. We are proud to honor her graduation as a Health Facility Administrator and her transition into her new role as our very own Administrator.
