Sharad is and extraordinary Culinary Assistant who has been here at North Woods Village for 9 years. Sharad was recognized by the residents and his peers for his jovial mood, his infectious smile and his willingness to always go the extra mile to help out all team members, not just his culinary team members, he keeps a positive vibe in the building by dancing, singing and making people smile!

"He will help anyone and everyone. He proactively takes care of what needs to be done, he is a real go-getter".

A Quest for Excellence winner is someone who displays Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence in their day to day interactions with residents and team members.
