I will be out of the office majority of this week May 18th to May 21st, attending my son’s recital and my little sister’s graduation out of state.
I have one 60 min on Friday and one 30 min on Saturday for those looking for a massage this week.

Over the weekend you may know I took a continuing education class. This class was very knowledgeable and I am happy to offer lymphatic drainage for post surgery and lymphedema. Not only did I learn lymph drainage, I learned how to use SMRT, spontaneous muscle release to help the lymph flow better in the body with the massage. The last thing we learned was about scar tissue. Who has scar tissue? I am now more capable to help you with it! This portion of the class was interesting, during hands on I got this scar, on my scalp from childhood, worked on for the first time and it released my whole left side of my face.
