Wishing a very Happy National Receptionists Day to our incredible receptionist, Iris Crowder!

Iris is exceptional at communication, and no one comes through the door unnoticed under her watch. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Her background as a former 911 operator truly shows in the way she handles every situation with professionalism and care.

You'll always find Iris going above and beyond for our residents. When dialysis patients come down to wait for transportation, she makes sure they have everything they need, including their book and lunch before they leave.

Iris also created an appointment tracking system now used by other Aperion Care facilities to help residents get to appointments on time. She coordinates transportation for residents as well which has dramatically reduced missed appointments. With her organizational skills, friendly nature, and attention to detail โ€” always ensuring every callerโ€™s information is taken down thoroughly and accurately โ€” Iris is truly top tier at what she does!

To celebrate Iris, we treated her to a rib dinner with mac and cheese and collard greens, plus some Bath & Body Works goodies (because what woman doesnโ€™t deserve to smell as fabulous as she is)!

Thank you Iris for all that you do for team Kokomo!!

Congratulations to our March and April Employees of the Month: Briseis Hardy, Housekeeper, and Pam Sink, Dietary Aide!

๐ŸŒŸ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐ŸŒŸ Briseis consistently goes above and beyond picking up extra shifts without hesitation and always with a smile. Once shy, she has truly come out of her shell and brings such a positive energy to the team. She is always ready to help residents with anything they need, showing genuine kindness and a caring heart.

๐ŸŒŸ ๐—”๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—น ๐ŸŒŸ Pam is wonderful at engaging with residents and pays close attention to the little details that make a big difference. Whether itโ€™s remembering exactly how many sugars someone likes in their coffee or adding extra pickles to a cheeseburger, she takes the time to truly understand each residentโ€™s preferences. Her thoughtfulness and dedication shine through in everything she does.
