Today we’re celebrating Kennethia Parker and her adorable sidekick, Charlie! 🐾 Charlie is always dressed to impress and never fails to brighten our day. Together, they bring smiles, laughter, and a special kind of warmth to our facility that our staff and residents truly love.

Today we want to recognize someone very special to our Paradigm at Kountze family — our incredible Social Worker, Jennifer Savoie. 💙
Jennifer truly goes above and beyond every single day for our residents and their families. Whether she’s offering a listening ear, advocating for a resident, or helping guide families through difficult moments, she does it all with compassion, patience, and a genuine heart for service.
Her dedication and kindness make a difference in the lives of so many, and we are incredibly blessed to have her as part of our team.
