This Nurses Week, we are proud to spotlight Sherri Allen, Licensed Vocational Nurse at Paradigm at Kountze.

For 15 years, Sherri has dedicated her life to nursing, including the past 3 ½ years serving the residents and team at Paradigm at Kountze. A proud mother of four and married to her high school sweetheart for 34 years, Sherri brings compassion, warmth, and positivity into every room she enters.

Sherri is known for her exceptional patient care, calm presence in high-pressure situations, and unwavering dedication to both residents and their families. Her teamwork, kindness, and ability to make meaningful connections leave a lasting impact on everyone around her.
In Sherri’s words, she strives to “start each day with a smile, enjoy every moment, sing, and end each day with a smile.” That spirit shines through in the care she provides daily.

Thank you, Sherri, for the compassion, excellence, and heart you bring to Paradigm every single day.

Our Admissions Coordinator, Quinesha Thomas, went out today and delivered sweet treat baskets to our local schools in honor of Teacher Appreciation! 🍎📚❤️
