“Nothing stays the same forever.” A reminder to stay grounded, adaptable, and hopeful.
🩺 What drew him to healthcare:
At just 10 years old, Sal helped a doctor sew a child’s tongue back together—an unforgettable moment that sparked a lifelong calling to medicine.
💉 Favorite part of the job:
Drawing blood—and he’s really good at it (patients can confirm 😉).
🏆 Professional accomplishment he’s most proud of:
Becoming a supervisor while still learning English—a powerful testament to his determination and work ethic.
🤝 What first attracted him to AFM:
It started with convenience (just two blocks from home!) and grew into something much bigger—the camaraderie.

The freedom to be himself and knowing he can always rely on his coworkers.

Dancing the Limbo with coworkers after work during the pandemic—proof that even in tough times, this team finds joy together.
