Dhyana, the seventh limb of yoga, is often translated simply as meditation. But it is more than sitting still.

It is what becomes possible when we learn to withdraw from distraction and steady the mind. When those two practices mature, something shifts. Awareness stops being something we reach for and begins to flow without interruption.

Rooted. Steady. Dedicated. Present.

This is meditation as a practice built over time–not a destination, but a direction we keep showing up for.

Summer can be magical... and also a lot. Screen time guilt is real, and finding something that's actually helpful for your kid and the family, not just convenient, feels like a full-time job on top of your full-time job.

That's why Michelle, Hilary, and Sally created a Kids Yoga Camp, mid-June through July, right here in Kuna! A creative space where your child gets to move, breathe, play, and within the themes of kindness and compassion.

What they will walk away with:
🧠 Focus they can strengthen. They'll learn how to settle their mind, pay attention, and follow through — skills that show up in daily life and last beyond the summer.

😌 Tools for the hard moments. When big feelings hit, they'll have real strategies for self-regulation. Breathwork, movement, stillness.

People come to the mat for so many different reasons. Sometimes it’s stress, sometimes it’s the need to move your body, clear your mind, or just take a breath after a long day. Other times we show up simply because something inside us says it’s time to slow down.

The beautiful thing about the practice is that it meets you exactly where you are. You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, or have everything figured out. You just have to follow your intuition and arrive.
