Emotional Clarity helps identify the emotional event(s) and de-energize them before and after they splinter, which can cause an imbalance to occur. As a result of this imbalance, we may find ourselves experiencing negativity and downward spiraling behaviors. This can leave us vulnerable to poor mental and physical health.
Emotions are expressed daily by everyone, and they play a key role in how we think and behave in any given situation. Recognizing unhealthy emotions is an important first step towards dealing with them in a healthy manner. Many things that happen in life can disrupt balanced emotional health and may lead to strong feelings of sadness, stress, or anxiety. Working with me the Emotional Clarity Professional to find the root cause of this emotional trauma can eliminate years of detrimental thoughts and behaviors, allowing us to move forward and live a life with positivity and meaning.

I wasn’t sure what to expect the first time I went to see Shelly other than my friends telling me she would make me, “feel better.” But shortly into our first session I was so comfortable and able to share things with her like she was an old friend that I had known my entire life. She’ll have you laughing, maybe even crying,but none the less healing from even the most difficult hurdles life throws at you. My healing style is unique. as I combine Craniosacral Therapy and Emotion Code, with these two powerful healing modalities combined, it allows me to find past traumas that the body has stored, that could possibly be causing medical and emotional issues, now or, in the further. Most of the time these traumas are long forgotten by our conscious minds, or we thought we worked through them. However, our subconscious minds, or that little voice in our heads are still playing that recording of the trauma over and over in our body somewhere, that could be causing that earache, migraine, hip discomfort, ect.
