There’s something truly special about bringing generations together 💚🍀

Our St. Paddy’s Day Party with our friends was a perfect example of the importance of intergenerational programming. Seniors and children came together for a fun, interactive story, a festive craft, and—most importantly—meaningful socialization.

Moments like these create lasting memories, spark joy, and build connections that benefit everyone involved. The laughter, conversations, and shared experiences remind us just how powerful it is when generations learn and grow together.

We’re so grateful for days like this and the smiles they bring!

We had such a great time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day at Mrs. Bush’s Personal Care Home! 🍀💚

The day was filled with fun games, music, and plenty of laughs. And of course, the shamrock shakes were a huge hit!

Our ladies doing what they do best…giving back!

The Purls of Wisdom Yarn Club, at Mrs. Bush’s Personal Care Home in Kunkletown, responded in a BIG way to our request for small blankets for the foster cats and kittens in care.

These incredible women made 24 blankets in an assortment of beautiful colors! And they stand ready to respond if more are needed.

Interestingly, we had trapped a beautiful grey cat, who was named Jimea, at their location only a day later. Jimea was spayed, tested, and vaccinated last week and she is now in foster care with a Purls of Wisdom blanket to call her own.

Happy International Women’s Day! 💐

Today we celebrate the amazing women who make our community so special. Our recent photoshoot was a wonderful success and the ladies looked absolutely beautiful! The day was filled with confidence, laughter, and a reminder that beauty shines at every age.

A huge thank you to the West End Fair Queen, Kunkletown Thrift Store, Connie, and Emily Shupp for helping make this day so special. Your support helped create such a fun and uplifting experience for everyone.

Here’s to building confidence, sharing smiles, and celebrating the beauty of women at every age.
