Today is World Health Day and did you know the United States ranks 34th in Life Expectancy when compared to other high income countries, with poor performances on measures such as infant mortality, obesity, and chronic diseases.

This is according to the World Health Index where this metric examines many factors including the following:
*Health risks (high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, to***co use etc)
*Availability of clean water
*Average life expectancy
*Malnutrition
*Causes of death

This is a sad statistic that we CAN change and that starts with each one of us taking accountability for our own health!

Dr. Henrique Ribeiro is returning to our office! He previously cared for patients here from January 2022 through February 2024. Dr. Ribeiro also focuses on Functional Movement, which is crucial for maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle by enabling individuals to perform daily tasks efficiently and reduce their risk of injuries.
