Welcome to the New Moon in Scorpio!

Join us for our Candlelight Restorative Yin session this Sunday at 6 pm to reset and renew, and prepare for the month ahead. I have a beautiful session in store for you, and Scorpio is the epitome of new beginnings!

Scorpio is all about transformation and alchemy, the shadow self, digging deep within to discover what we truly want and making it happen. As a Water sign, Scorpio signifies the deep emotional and spiritual realms, embodying the flow and changing tides of life and death. Scorpio’s symbolism is a powerful reminder of the spiritual journey of transformation, the constant death of the old self, and the rebirth into a new, more enlightened self. This sign’s association with mystery, transformation, and intuition accentuates its spiritual significance. Scorpio, in spiritual terms, signifies the process of transformation and self-discovery. This is a call for personal growth and improvement, a journey towards becoming the best versions of ourselves. Moreover, the Scorpio is also associated with the mythical Phoenix, known for its cyclic regeneration, symbolizing rebirth and new beginnings.

We'll be embracing and exploring these themes throughout this cycle in our SacredCore and Embodhied Somatic Movement sessions, and I can't wait to share and dance with you!

But first, let's release and restore, clear our minds so we can hear our intuition, gently stretch and relax our bodies within soft candlelight, a beautiful soundbath, and renewing aromatherapy.

Alert! We now have a 4 pm SacredCore session on Sundays, following our Embodied session at 2 pm! If you can't make Thursday evenings, this is your chance to get your groove and glow on over the weekend, and if you love the Thursday session it's your chance to get a double dose! So nice, we'll do it twice! Even though the moon cycle might be in a slightly different place 3 days apart, we'll still repeat the Thursday routine for continuity.

We'll play with the Libra energies of balance in light and dark, masculine and feminine, yin and yang as well as our inner and outer beauty in our gorgeous SacredCore routines this month! Tonight at 7 pm, we've got our Restored Goddess low-flow Embodhied movement routine on deck. Gently stretch, strengthen and connect with your deep core and pelvic floor with these beautiful, flowing movements on the mat. No standing! Booking open until 5 pm!

Then Thursday we have our FLOW-style SacredCore routine with movements smooth as silk. This beginner-friendly routine is called "Own Your Throne" ! 7 pm!

Both of these routines are perfect for getting back to movement if you've been away a while!
