I’m writing with a heartfelt update: Embodhi is evolving into Honey Rose Movement Studio. This rebrand reflects not only a new name, but a deeper alignment with the women I serve~ especially those navigating hypermobility, hEDS, and Fibromyalgia.
As someone who lives with these conditions myself, this journey has been personal. It’s led me to create a sanctuary where movement is not just safe~ it’s therapeutic, strengthening, and deeply supportive.
We’re now more intentionally weaving in the missing links~ elements we’ve always subtly honored at Embodhi, but which will now take center stage. These keys are most often overlooked in traditional fitness *and* in the medical community treating those managing chronic pain conditions:
🍯 Fascia-focused movement through our spirals, undulations, waves, and circles. This is the honey (a gentle, sweet balm).
🌹 The Five Universal Principles of Alignment from Anusara yoga, crucial for joint support, biomechanical integrity, deep core strength, pelvic floor balance, and pain relief. This is the rose (optimal structure, pelvic floor balance).
This is what makes Hunny Rose Movement so unique~ it began with our focus on pelvic floor health and sacred feminine embodiment, and has blossomed into a deeply supportive practice offering a blend of keys that you just can't get anywhere else.
Our sessions aren’t changing drastically~ they’re simply becoming more attuned. More informed. More supportive. More sacred.
At Honey Rose, we don’t just exercise~ we spiral, undulate, align, and attune to bring strength, pleasure and stability to our joints, core, and pelvic floor.
