🎃🍬 We’re getting ready for a spooktacular Halloween at The Philomena! Our residents are so excited to hand out candy to all the little trick-or-treaters who stop by.

If you’d like to help us make this day extra special, we’re accepting candy donations. 🍭🍫 Your generosity will bring so many smiles to our residents and the kiddos alike!

A big thank you to those who have already donated—we’ve already received our first candy donation, and we are so grateful! 🧡

Donations can be dropped off at The Philomena any day between now and Halloween. Thank you for helping us create sweet memories for our community! 👻✨

Hi hooman frens, it’s me—Chewy, Rookie of the Year (in snack defense and touchdown tail wags)! 🏆

Mom (aka The Philomena’s Executive Director/ Full-time Chiefs fan) said I had to start supporting Kansas City… so now I wear the jersey, bark during kickoff, and try not to get startled when she yells at the TV like the refs can hear her. 😅

Today, I got to ride with my head out the window, wind in my fur, “Red Kingdom” blasting like a stadium anthem… I’m basically Travis Kelce now. But furrier. And shorter.

To all my fellow football pups and their people:

Chewy’s Take 🎬🐾
Some nights are made for blockbuster vibes…and some nights are made for chillin’ with your best bro.

Tonight I grabbed my favorite seat in the theater (right next to my buddy Beto!) so we could kick back and watch a movie together. No big event. No fancy schedule. Just two pals, a comfy recliner, and a great film.

Sure, The Philomena has PAWsome scheduled movies and events, but sometimes the best memories happen when it’s just us hanging out and bonding over a good story on the big screen.

Pass the popcorn, Beto—this is what friendship looks like. ❤️🍿
