Looking to start or get back into regular exercise? Regular physical activity offers many benefits for your health.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine's Physical Activity Guidelines, healthy adults should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week and perform muscle-strengthening activities that engage all major muscle groups for a minimum of two days per week.

Maintaining this level of activity encourages your body to maintain a healthy lifestyle, benefiting cardiovascular health, weight management, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.

Strong, healthy breathing doesn’t just bring air into your lungs... Proper breathing techniques can support your core stability, decrease stress and reduce physical tension.

Practice deep, controlled breathing:
🧘 Lay flat on your back with support for your head and your knees bent.
🧘 Place your hands properly with one hand on your chest and the other below your rib cage to feel the inhalation.
🧘 Inhale through your nose slowly and feel your stomach rise with your hand.
🧘 Exhale through pursed lips and feel your stomach muscles release.
