Many of you knew my father from his days working for me. Those were some of his favorite years as a dentist. He would tell me I love working for you, I just show up and enjoy all my old florida people and leave. He was my mentor, my friend, and most of all my crazy Dad. I miss him but I will see him again in eternity.

Last night I was able to celebrate my wonderful staff minus Selena(missed you lots). I am incredibly grateful for each one of these beautiful ladies as they keep me sane in the insanity dentistry can bring. They are kind, funny, and represent me well in the office. The best part is we can also have loads of fun away from the office! Merry Christmas to my wonderful staff!

As I reflect about 2024 and my gratitude list, one of the top is my LaBelle community and how fortunate I am to have such great patients that make me laugh, smile, and yes sometimes shake my head lol! God has blessed me with 30 years in dentistry and its because of our wonderful community I still love going to work! Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!

Many of you know I live in Fort Myers and after Ian I watched my community destroyed. And now its hard sometimes not to chase the rabbit of anxiety.This is what I shared on my personal page. Maybe it will speak to you also:
I am sure like me, many of us are physically, mentally, and spiritually exhausted. I was up at 3 am because of multiple reasons all related to the impending storm. I kneeled by the side of my bed and prayed for everything that God brought to mind. In that moment He reminded me of one of my Dad's favorite gospel songs "It is well". There is one verse in that song: "So let go my soul and trust in Him The waves and wind still know His name, It is well with my soul It is well with my soul It is well with my soul It is well it is well with my soul"
We are so often told anxiety is not putting trust in the Lord. I believe as a Christian I have someone to give my anxiety to. I have God to lean on and into. Last night was a huge reminder I will put my trust and give all my anxiety to the one that still can calm the waves and subside the winds! Friends be safe and be assured God still is in control.
