oud to serve many retired farmers in our center. Located just steps away from the Wisconsin border, we enjoy the opportunity to live and work with residents of both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our relationship with both communities allows us the opportunity to work with both Mayo and Gunderson Health systems as well.

If you would like to participate, please make sure to return your purchased and wrapped gift for the resident you selected by Dec. 5th. 🎁
