It's been great albeit short-lived, but I had to make the difficult decision to permanently close months ago. I have relocated to New Mexico in the shuffle, so I will not be resuming. I am hoping to reopen in the Taos area next year.
Thank you to everyone who supported my business while it lasted, hopefully next year will be a better year for everyone.

Psoas and other hip flexor work is frequently incorporated into my sessions as it relates back to various types of myofascial pain. This can be active work such as myofascial release or gentle activation, or with energetic work as stress and trauma can factor into the equation of having a compromised psoas.

Psoas muscle is a deep-seated muscle that helps support your back. If it's weak, it might be the cause of neck pain, back pain other issues.
