Want to build strength, improve mobility, and move pain-free? Try this Medicine Ball Chop workout! 💪🏽🔥
🏋️♂️ Why It Works:
✅ Engages your core for better stability
✅ Improves rotational strength & flexibility
✅ Helps reduce pain by promoting functional movement
💡 How to Do It:
1️⃣ Start with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball.
2️⃣ Lower into a slight squat and bring the ball to one side.
3️⃣ Powerfully drive up, lifting the ball overhead.
4️⃣ Rotate and bring the ball down to the opposite side in a controlled motion.
5️⃣ Repeat for 10-12 reps on each side!

Tracey holds an American College of Sports Medicine personal trainer certification and is a specialist in coaching women to be strong, confident and powerful. With a long list of success stories, she holds her own in the coaching department.
Our goal is to give you the key knowledge and abilities necessary to make a real and continuing lifestyle change towards health, better body image, functional fitness and muscular strength.
