There is so much you can do to help your recovery in OCD!!
Sometimes the hardest thing is separating yourself from the disorder. But work to do it. You are not your thoughts.
Knowing why you are doing the treatment can help drive motivation. Especially on some of the tougher days when laying in bed avoiding seems easier.
Prioritizing your mental health shouldn't even be a question.
And finally creating your own toolkit to speed up recovery is essential!! Most of the work is done outside of therapy. It's done at home, at work, at school, with loved ones.
