You keep pushing your feelings down, and now you’re tired all the time, snapping at people, or walking around with a knot in your chest.
You might not even realize you’re doing it. You just move on. You stay busy. You tell yourself you’ll deal with it later. There isn’t time to fall apart, so you don’t. You swallow it and keep going.
But your body keeps track.
It shows up as exhaustion that doesn’t match how much you’re doing. As irritability that surprises you. As tension you carry through your jaw, your shoulders, your chest. As a low level of dread or pressure that never fully lifts, even on good days.
This is what it looks like when everything stays inside. When there hasn’t been a safe place to let what you feel actually move. So it stays inside you, building quietly, leaking out sideways.
Most people are taught how to cope, not how to release. You learn to manage yourself, hold it together, stay functional. But over time, that becomes unsustainable. Your body starts asking for something different.
Rising From the Fire was created for this exact moment.
It’s a four-day immersive retreat for women who are tired of bottling everything up and ready for a real outlet. Through somatic release, breathwork, ritual, sound, movement, and deep support, you’re given space to let anger, grief, and everything you’ve been containing finally move through your body.
What’s been building doesn’t need to be explained or managed, it needs a place where it can actually move
If this is landing, comment FIRE and I’ll reach out. We can talk about it gently and see if this retreat feels like the right container for you.
