Want some intentional space to ground, be with like hearted women, & bask in nature this summer? ā˜€ļø

Holly and I want to officially invite you to join our women’s summer grounding series ā€œBack to Centerā€!

We will meet for two hours twice per month at beautiful nature-based locations near La Crosse, WI to breathe, journal, move, & connect with nature + women who want space to slow down.

Holly & I will guide you throughout the series with powerful mindfulness & embodiment strategies (think: breathwork, meditation, journaling, & energy healing with the earth), ways to let go using nature, & connecting back to the earth to support nervous system regulation.

New locations each session! 🌊

Do all 5 sessions for $250 or single sessions for $60.

There was a time this didn’t feel normal.

My brain was always on.
My body stayed tense.
Rest didn’t feel good, it felt wrong.

I looked fine on the outside.
But inside, I was constantly managing myself.

Trying to stay ahead.
Trying not to fall apart.

I thought that was just how I was.

It wasn’t.

This didn’t change because I tried harder.
It changed when my body started to feel safe.

That’s the work.

Not forcing yourself to slow down.
But building safety so you don’t have to hold everything together.

That’s what we do inside The Embodiment Reset.

I didn’t find inner peace by calming my thoughts.

I found it by stopping the constant self-abandonment.

People pleasing looked small.
Saying yes. Over-explaining. Keeping things smooth.

But it kept my body on edge.

Because I wasn’t listening to myself.

Inner peace came from doing that differently.

Saying no without spiraling.
Letting space exist.
Not rushing to fix everything.

That’s not mindset work.
That’s safety work.

And it takes practice.

It’s what we work through inside The Embodiment Reset.

Hey you, thanks for being here!

If I could have one wish it would be to have half of me sleeping and the other half doing everything all the time. Oh and to have thermoregulation.

Life is so unfair šŸ™„šŸ¤­

I have overcome some crazy things in this life & love helping other sweet souls do the same.

I have learned that trauma undoubtedly breaks us, and through the power of breath, integration, & community we can build ourselves back piece by piece.
