We hosted our first Revolution of Love gathering last Friday and it was such an inspiring evening!

We shared a delicious meal with 10 amazing women and taught the basics of human design, moved energy with breath, yoga nidra, & sound healing, & deepened the journey of self acceptance.

Our next gathering is on 10/10 from 5-8pm!

Once I realized that my perfectionism was really terror in disguise, my whole life shifted.

I learned how to give grace to the parts of myself who were frozen in fear for so many years.

I learned how to really listen to the harshness towards myself and realize that all she needed was to feel unconditionally loved.

My body that was riddled with abandonment & worthlessness needed a felt sense of safety, and somatics truly gave me my life back.

If you are struggling with this, know that I deeply see you. There is so much hope and you are not alone ❤️

Being a kid from the 90s, I can't say I ever really got to see women gathering in healthy community. It is something my soul constantly longs for. I grew up watching the women in my life struggle and do everything alone because that was the only option at the time. It breaks my heart. Women deserve so much better.

This is why , , & I created "Revolution of Love" where we are calling in women who want to change history.

Each month starting on 9/12 we will share a meal, learn new skills, move energy, and have time just to talk, laugh, and relate to one another. We really aren't all that different, you know 😊

If you are somebody who needs connection, we want you in this room ❤

Women are realizing that they have been lied to.

"Stronger" does not mean doing more alone, it means supporting one another through healthy, embodied community. You were never meant to carry this much and feel disconnected from your true self like this.

💕We heard the call to create community, so Laurie, Cailee, and I want to officially invite you to our monthly gathering for women, "Revolution of Love", starting on 9/12 from 5-8pm.💕

Our gatherings are for the women who want to shed limiting beliefs, learn to express their true self/needs/desires, and be around a healthy, supportive community of women who just "get it".

We will be capping off the monthly gatherings with a weekend retreat in February! Stay tuned for details! ❤
