Rage isn’t always about being destructive; it’s often the buried fire that fuels transformation. Pairing that with grief and selflessness creates a really powerful arc for healing.
Someone once saw the rage in me and honored it. In that moment, I felt seen. Not judged. Not dismissed. Just witnessed.
That’s what I am inviting others to experience too: being seen, held, and guided to release what’s been trapped.
We all carry emotions that don’t always have space to be expressed. Rage. Grief. Weariness from always giving.
For many of us, these feelings have been tucked away so long that we don’t even notice how heavy they’ve become.
I’d like to open my studio for a raw, honest conversation about this.
No pressure. No expectations. No need to share more than feels right for you.
Just a space where you can:
• Be witnessed without judgment
• Explore what’s been stored within
• Release at your own pace
If this speaks to you, you’re invited.
Grief lives in the lungs and large intestine. It’s an emotion that moves like breath — it wants to flow, to be released. When it sits too long, it often transforms into rage. But rage isn’t always loud or explosive — sometimes it’s a quiet ember, glowing inside, releasing only small sparks here and there to remind you it exists.
Rage lives in the liver and gall bladder, quietly shaping how we hold stress, frustration, or even resentment.
Like this tree, we carry our stories deep in our roots and show our scars in our bark. Yet within those same places lies strength, wisdom, and the possibility of healing.
Sometimes, simply recognizing where our emotions live in the body is the first step toward release.
Both grief and rage carry wisdom. They are signals from the body and soul that something needs attention, expression, or release.
In my sessions, I hold space for these emotions — whether they whisper or roar — so that you don’t have to carry them alone.
✨ Your body remembers.
✨ Your emotions speak.
✨ You are allowed to let them move through you.
