I would be happy to work with you and figure out how to manage your musculoskeletal condition.
During your initial eval, I would get a history of your condition and then perform an exam to let you know how I, as your physical therapist, could help you.

You can enter the doors on the southeast corner of 3rd and Vine intersection and walk down the hallway to the elevators. On the second floor, exit the elevator and take a left and you will see the sign that says "Riverside Corporate Wellness Alternative Therapies Room".
Two hour parking is available on the street or kiddy corner in the parking garage.
I see patients on Tuesday and Friday morning between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Appointments are usually 30 minutes but for new evals I may try to add an extra 15 minutes. If these times don't work for you, I can try to accommodate you sometime in the afternoon.
I do not need a referral from an MD to see you but if they have one, you can bring it in with you.
All appointments are a flat fee of $60.00. I do not work with insurances. You may pay in cash, check or card. (similar to Dr. Thompson's model of care)
If you have an HSA or FSA credit card, you can pay with that. I will provide you the necessary receipts.
