Thanks to the generosity of this community we were able to collect 975 diapers to benefit the ’s diaper bank this holiday season!

We are so grateful for the way you show up for each other & others in our community. We look forward to sharing more moments together in 2026!❤️

How we doing fam??

The holidays can be magical & they can also be stressful & overwhelming. As mamas we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to create holiday magic for our families, often at the cost of caring for ourselves.

However, when we are depleted we aren’t able to enjoy the simple gifts of connection & time together.

Here are a few mantras to support you in finding balance this holiday season:

✨I am doing enough. I am enough.

✨My peace is more important than my to do list.

✨My presence is the greatest gift I can give.

✨I am the center of my family. When I am grounded & steady, they feel my calm.

✨I can return home to my breath.

Join Baby + Me Yoga directly before the support group at 10am for a Friday morning of movement, connection & support❣️

We will have holiday treats for mamas + boxes / wrapping paper for babies to enjoy unwrapping (or eating 🤣).🎁 Bring your diaper donations for the !
