This new case report explores how a multimodal approach—including 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 and autonomic nervous system (ANS) regulation—contributed to decreased headache severity, reduced medication use, and improved self-efficacy in a patient with a 5-year history of chronic unilateral headaches.
