Regular massage therapy isn’t just a luxury. it’s maintenance for your body.
When muscles don’t get regular attention, they can become tight, restricted, and develop adhesions (those “knots” you feel). This can limit mobility, reduce circulation, and even contribute to pain or imbalance over time.
With consistent massage, muscles are encouraged to stay more pliable and mobile.
